Need a workout routine to stay in shape during the offseason? Look no further! Here is a 5 day workout routine to help keep your body in top shape during the offseason and to prepare for the upcoming season!


Day 1

Run 30mins (increase time by 5 minutes every 2 weeks)


Day 2

Upper Body Workouts (Chest and Arm Workouts)

Run 15-30 mins


Day 3

Sprinting (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x5)


Day 4

Core Exercises


Day 5

Lower Body Workouts (Squats, Lunges, etc.)
